Nunzia Del Vento – Founder & CEO

Born in Canosa di Puglia, in the province of Bari, Nunzia Del Vento brings the authentic spirit of Southern Italy to every dish she creates.

She holds a degree in Computer Science, a Master’s in Hospitality Management, and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership — a unique blend of technical precision, management expertise, and passion for learning.
After gaining experience in several renowned restaurants across Italy, Nunzia opened her own restaurant in Mexico, where her love for authentic Italian cuisine flourished. She later moved to the United States, earning her Master’s in Hospitality Management and managing for Marriott International.
Her career then took her to Canada, where she became the manager of a prestigious banquet hall in Ottawa, before returning to South Florida to follow her lifelong dream: founding Italian Bites Factory.
Today, Nunzia combines her Italian roots, international experience, and dedication to quality to bring handcrafted flavors from the heart of Puglia to every table.
